Best Staging/Set Design
Awarded for event design including staging, sets and props.

Best Audio/Video/Lighting Production
An award for the creation of audio/video/lighting systems that allow the event to be staged in a spectacular and involving manner.

Best Notoriety/Press Return
Awarded for event amplification, awarded to the best supporting media and PR strategy showing proof of coverage.

* Technical excellences constitute the parameters upon which the events will be evaluated by the jury. All events are entered in the competition for the allocation of these awards to the exclusion of BtoB Event, Internal Company Event, Congress/Convention and Incentive/Team Building that do not participate in awarding of the prizes Best Media Mix and Best Notoriety/Press Return.

Unconventional Event
Awarded for the best guerrilla marketing and ambient media actions.

Roadshow
Awarded for the best event staged in different locations (trade or consumer).

Congress/Convention
Awarded for the best meeting, presentation or informational event.

Fair
Awarded for the best trade show.

Sports Event
Awarded for the sporting event with the most spectacular, original, and interactive content (races, championships, exhibitions, etc.).

Musical Event
Awarded for the music event with the most spectacular, original, and interactive content (concerts, musicals, musical reviews, etc.).

Celebration/Festivity
Awarded for the best celebratory event (set dates, birthdays, important recurring, etc.).

Incentive/Team Building
An award for the best incentive or team building event geared towards an internal or external company target.

Educational/Training Event
Awarded for training event initiatives or educational seminars.
 
Cultural Event
An award for the cultural event with the most spectacular, original and interactive content (exhibitions, reviews, awards, festivals, forums, etc.).

Sustainable Event
Awarded for the best event that has been able to minimize the environmental impact of the event.

Green Event
Awarded for the best event dedicated to environmental issues.

* The event type is the only choice to make at the time to subscribe. The same event may be entered in two or more different types.

3 EUROPEAN EVENT AWARDS BY SPECIAL EVENT TYPE*

Low Budget Event
Awarded for the best and most complete event created with a budget equal to or less than 50,000 €.

High Budget Event
Awarded for the best event created with a budget equal to or over 5,000.000 €.

Integrated Event
An award given to the event who was able to be declined in at least three different types.

* Events having the characteristics that distinguish these awards will automatically participate in the allocation of them.

An award for the most innovative technology used during an event.

Best Use of Space/Environment/Setting

An award for the most innovative and distinctive choice and use of an event setting.

Best Evaluation Award
Awarded for effective measurement of Return on Investment or Objectives - www.eventroi.com -

Best Event Agency
An award for the agency whose events will have totalled the highest overall score from both categories.

Best Event Company
An award for the company whose events will have totalled the highest overall score from both categories.

Best Creative Director of the year
An award for the creative director whose commitment contributed to the success of the events in the competition.
